Boxes full of awesomeness…

…are what you get when you’ve shopped at The Loopy Ewe (http://www.theloopyewe.com).  You haven’t checked it out yet?  Boy howdy, are you in for a treat!  That is, if you like sock yarn (and who doesn’t??).  Sheri runs the shop, which has a webcam and a fun mascot (a ewe named named Loopy, of course).  There’s a frequent buyer program (The Loopy Groupies) and free shipping with orders over $75 (which is generally only about 3 skeins of sock yarn, too easy!).  She handwrites a thanks on the bottom of every invoice.  She includes a little treat.  She also carries patterns, notions, a special selection of other yarn weights, and…

…she’s the only US distributor for Wollmeise.  Granted, the Wollmeise goes with such startling rapidity after its random appearances that she has to post it unannounced, lest she crash her server.  She does announce it on her Facebook page, so if you’re lucky enough to be staring at FB instead of working, you just might snag some.  Of course, there’s a Ravelry group devoted to the shop as well, well cross-pollinated with the Wollmeise groups.  She’s adding new dyers and pattern lines all the time.

Hmmm, I’m thinking I may need to come up with an Awesome Shop award or something.  Or maybe I’ll just keep kvelling about The Loopy Ewe.
